The manufacturing of Swiss Delice biscuits is the fruit of a clever mixture between Swiss know-how and the quality of ingredients from around the world. Traditional local savoir-faire – milk, cream and sugar from Swiss agriculture – has been preserved in Meilen, near Zurich, for 80 years and it is in this factory, which specialises in baking cakes and biscuits, that the other ingredients selected for their irreproachable quality are then added.
