Swiss Delice cheeses, products of ancient know-how, are part of a long tradition of Swiss cheese making. The cheeses are matured and pre-packaged
in Ursy (canton of Fribourg), in one of the largest natural maturing cellars in Europe which is able to store up to 100,000 cheese rounds
over a surface area of 10,680 m².

Matured in the very best conditions, subject to strict temperature controls, brushing and salting, Swiss Delice cheeses benefit from almost 40 years of know-how placing them at the cutting-edge of quality requirements.
